I bought this awhile ago and it did not seem to help. I think I took too much. Restarted at only 5 drops per day and it has had a noticeable positive effect on my chronic fatigue problem. I add 5 drops to a glass of filtered water with vitamin c crystals and wait until it turns a light blue. Then drink it down with a glass straw so it doesn’t bathe my entire mouth. Urine has a slight blue tint.
